आज प्रत्येक ब्यक्ति खुश रहना चाहता है । लेकिन दुखी रहना दुःख उठाना कोई नहीं चाहता है। लेकिन आज के समय में तमाम कोशिशों के बाबजूद खुश रहना मुश्किल काम हो गया है। जब आप बड़े बुजुर्गों को चरण स्पर्श कर आशीर्वाद लेते हैं, तो वे आशीर्वाद के रूप में सदा खुश रहो कहते है । आप भी अपने से छोटे लोगों को आशीष देते समय खुश रहो कहते है । लेकिन आज हर ब्यक्ति उदास है। चाहे वह सफल हो या असफल। चाहे संघर्षरत युवा , वृद्ध , स्वस्थ हो या अस्वस्थ । सभी ब्यक्ति अलग अलग समस्याओं , कारणों से दुखी है।

आज प्रत्येक ब्यक्ति चिंता व तनाव से जूझ रहा है। जहाँ उसे इस समस्या से अकेले निकल पाना मुश्किल है। ऐसे समय में उसे आध्यात्मिक व उच्च शिक्षित ब्यक्ति के सहयोग की आवश्यकता होती है। जो उसे उदासी के भंवर से बाहर निकालें। उदासी की चरम अवस्था खुशिया व अनुभव करने की क्षमता को कम कर देता है। न तो आपको स्वादिष्ट भोजन में आनन्द आता है और न छुट्टियां बिताने में।
खुशियां को नहीं अनुभूत कर पाने के कारन आपके मन पर छाया तरह तरह का दबाब है ।यह दबाब भूतकाल और भविष्य की घटनाओं से प्रभावित है। ये परिस्थितियां हमारे नियंत्रण में नहीं है ।और उसे स्वीकार नहीं कर पाने के कारन आपके फितरत के कारन ये धीरे आपके खुशियों को प्रभावित करने लगती है। अगर आप खुश नहीं है । इसका मतलब आप नाराज है। बिपरीत परिशतितियों से सामंजस्य स्थापित करना ही मनुष्य की बौद्धिक क्षमता का मूल्यांकन है ।
अगर हम दिन रात हम यही सोचते रहेंगे की हमारे साथ ऐसा क्यों होता है, तो हम कभी खुश नहीं रह पायेंगें । खुशियों को ढूढ़ना पड़ता है। अगर आप ख़ुशी नहीं ढूंढ पा रहे है तो किसी अन्य ब्यक्ति के ख़ुशी का कारन बने। इस प्रक्रिया से आप खुश हो सकते है जब आप दूसरों को भला करते हैं , तो आपको प्रसन्नता का अनुभव होता है ।
सबसे जरुरी बात यह है की आप ईश्वर के प्रति समर्पित रहें , शुक्रगुजार रहें। खुश रहने के लिए दो बातों का जानना जरुरी है ।सबसे पहला आप उस परिस्थितियां को बदलने की पहल करें जो आपको दुखी कर रहा है । और दूसरा अगर आप परिस्थितियां को बदलना असंभव है तो उसके साथ सामंजस्य स्थापित करने की कोशिश करे ।

thing is that you remain devoted to God, be thankful. It is important to know two things to be happy. First of all you take the initiative to change the circumstances which are making you unhappy. And second, if it is impossible to change the circumstances, then try to reconcile with it.
